Community Empowerment

We work with community leaders, non-profits, and foundations on efforts to improve Washington’s employment landscape.

The UW Institute for Neurodiversity and Employment leverages research-backed insights to strengthen Washington’s employment ecosystem through a commitment to authentic collaboration. By partnering closely with neurodivergent individuals and communities, the Institute ensures that lived experience guides every program, policy, and innovation.
