The UW Institute for Neurodiversity and Employment fosters interdisciplinary collaborations among faculty, employers, and service providers to develop and deliver training that equips professionals with practical tools for inclusive environments. By bridging research and practice, we build traditional and nontraditional educational programs designed to:
- Equip People Leaders: Provide managers, HR professionals, DEI specialists, and consultants with the necessary tools to implement inclusive practices and supports within an integrated employment ecosystem.
- Empower Managers and Collaborators: Prepare leaders across various disciplines to foster supportive, neuroinclusive team environments.
- Support Career Practitioners: Train instructors and teachers to create and lead career pathway programming that effectively serves neurodivergent individuals.
